We are introducing a new social media and advertising consent form for all youth ages 0–17. This ensures that any photos we use reflect the wishes of each parent or guardian.
If you are a family member or friend bringing a youth to church, please make sure the parent or guardian completes the consent form. Forms are available online or in paper copies at the church.
